Often times, they are pertaining to the way a person looks on whether they could afford their products or not. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">But an Indian King, showed them that people don't need to look rich to be able to afford the luxury items.<br /> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><img alt="Indian King Maharaja" border="0" height="419" src="http://ift.tt/1L85uAv" title="Indian King Maharaja" width="640" /></div> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">This story is old but gold. It happened way back in 1920, when the Indian King, <b>Maharaja</b> was walking around in London and decided to go to the <b>Rolls Royce</b> showroom. When he was inquiring about the prices of a <b>luxury car</b>, he was <b>ignored</b> by the staff. They did not know that Maharaja was a royal king because of his <b>simple clothing</b>.<br /> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><img alt="Luxury car in Rolls Royce showroom" border="0" height="348" src="http://ift.tt/1NY4Ogq" title="Luxury car in Rolls Royce showroom" width="640" /></div> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">He was <b>discriminated</b> just like other Indians. So when he got back to his hotel room, he instructed his servants to call the Rolls Royce Cars and tell them that the king, Maharaja of Alwar City is interested in buying their cars. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">A glamorous welcome awaited the king. With red carpet and the salesmen were lined up. He bought 6 luxury cars in cash along with the delivery costs.<br /> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><img alt="Luxury cars used to clean and collect garbage in the city. The company sent him a telegram apologizing for their behavior and offered 6 cars for free as well.
