<div style="text-align: justify;">Even when the second presidential debate was up, she didn't attend to go through clinical trial of an anti-cancer drug. And recently, it was reported that she is having a side effect from her medication and is undergoing pain from anorexia (inability to eat).</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Yesterday night, due to having difficulties, she is now safe as she is in the intensive care unit of the Makati Medical Center. Earlier, husband <b>Narciso Santiago Jr. stated</b> that <b>Miriam</b> was "<b>rushed by</b> <b>ambulance</b>" to the hospital.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">He also added that "visitors are not allowed" and giving "gifts, such as flowers and blooms" will not be welcomed. Everyone was sad by this but Mr. Santiago quickly assured that his wife is living up to her "trademark sense of humor".</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">In the statement, Mr. Santiago informed that "she thanks all her family, friends, supporters, fans, and others who helped pray for her recovery and sent their well-wishes on Facebook".</div>

Your hero parents gave you an easy entry into politics and the people voted for you just because you were the son of Ninoy and Tita Cory.
