Ever since we were kids, our parents often tell us to always have as much as 8-10 hours of sleep or maybe even more than that, we were even asked to nap during the afternoon, which we really hate right?

People often claim that having longer sleeping hours could help us keep healthy. But then the experts have recently found out that we were believing in was actually wrong.



Experts claim that sleeping longer than 9 hours could cause us medical issues.

Studies revealed that being lazy and sleeping for longer than 9 hours risks us into having higher chance of dying four times earlier than we should.

"Our study shows that we should really be taking these behaviors together as seriously as we do risk factors such as levels of drinking and unhealthy eating patterns."
