From a hard working laborer, a man is now a successful lawyer.
When he was still taking classes as a college student, Howard Chan still remember how difficult he worked in various jobs such as a service crew in a fast food restaurant in Baguio.
He still recalls how other people would make fun of his job. But he did not give up. After 8 years of determination, Chan successfully graduated with a degree and passed the Bar exam making him a lawyer.
It is already hard to be a student, but what made it harder is the fact that he needed to work as well to support his studies.
But later on, Chan decided to resign from work and good thing that his friend introduced him to become a virtual assistant which gave him the opportunity to focus more on his studies.
Until now, Howard Chan could not believe that he is now a lawyer. It is the fruit of his never ending perseverance.
Now that he has the chance, Howard would like to give back to the people and focus on the issue involving workers' rights specifically, "Contractualization".
