Oral Myiasis is a rare condition whereas the human tissues feeds off the fly larvae that happens in the oral cavity.
The oral myiasis is also call as the pseudomyiasis are caused by rare occasions. Often, the transmission happens when the eggs or larvae are on food.

Her upper lip was swollen. It can be seen that lip was not normal because of the size. As the doctors grabbed a pair of tweezers to pull out the larvae, it appears that the maggot was stucked inside.
The doctors claims that he needed to tug in circular motions to get the larvae out. The woman remained calm despite the fact that the treatment was painful. After several twist and turns, the doctor finally removed the maggot that is one-inch in size.
