Losing weight is one of the most difficult things to do. Being fit is generally one of the things that people nowadays focus on, but not all of them are successful at first.
Anthony wanted to turn his life around from being the big guy weighing 210 lbs to someone who looks more masculine with all the muscles.
But it was not as easy as it seemed, he claims that he had already tried using different kinds of diet but none of it ever worked for him. Until he reached his senior high school year, he knew that he was serious about losing weight!
His plan was to combine motivation and determination to get the figure that was healthier for him.
Anthony's plans worked out as he lost 80 lbs of his fats and gained 5 lbs of muscle.
