The incoming president Rodrigo Duterte fired shots at the Department of Justice Secretary Leila de Lima. He had several questions towards de Lima when she was still the secretary of Department of Justice.
Duterte kept on questioning her position if she was involved in the money circulation in Muntinlupa because of the prisoners especially the wealthy ones who were able to go in and out of the jail walls and create crimes again such as kidnapping and hold-up.
He said that this is the issue in the country that needs to be addressed properly since more and more serious crimes are being committed each day.
Duterte put emphasis on the contribution of the de Lima on the long plagued the country.
He also pointed out that President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo without official warrant of arrest.
