The presumptive president of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte expressed publicly that he has plans of restoring the death penalty for heinous crimes that were committed.
Aside from that, he said that he is still pondering about the probability of introducing family planning to the public.
There are claims that the three-child policy would be implemented to the whole nation even though the bishops of the Catholic church would be challenging him to a debate.
The incoming president said that he is willing to work along with the 17th Congress to make sure that his policy priorities such as curfew, liquor and smoking ban would be implemented immediately.
This would be his first orders when he gets a hold of the office on June 30.
