- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of oat flaks
- 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
- 300 ml kefir (lowfat yogurt)
- 5-7 fleshy plums
How to prepare:
1. Put the 100ml of boiling water around the dried plums. Cover it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
2. On another container, mix the cocoa, oat flakes and flaxseed.
3. Add the kefir on the dry ingredients and set aside.
4. Make sure to crea a puree with the plums. Add it to the kefir mixture.
5. Mix it well and store it inside your fridge.
