As we all know, water is one of the things needed by our body so that it could function well. Based on research, people who drinks more water tend to live a healthier life. 

Those who does not drink enough water can suffer from nephrolithiasis which is more known as the kidney stones. 


According to the urologist of Magandang Gabi, Dok, Dr. Juliano Panganiban those people who does not consume enough water for the body tends to have higher risks of having kidney stones. 

But there are some cases where as the kidney stones came from heredity. Dehydration is a major risk on why kidney stones are forming up. 

It is also important to keep a healthy diet to maintain a healthy body. Make sure to take in food that are high in calcium or uric acid.
