Tilapia is one of the fishes which is often bought by the market-goers. Because of the significant taste of this fish, it is impossible to resist it from being eaten especially if it is being combined with a vegetable dish. This is one of the best delicacies that a Filipino would love to cook. 

However, did you know that there are dangers when it comes to eating this fish?



According to a post by Danified, this fish is said to be more dangerous than eating beef or pork. 

This is because of the cultivation process that Tilapia goes through. They said that cultivated fisheses consumes unhealthy foods or the pellets which are created. 

Diseases such as coronary diseases, asthma, joint inflammation and others could be obtained from a cultivated fish rather than a wild tilapia.
