ATTENTION GIRLS: Scientists Discovered The Reason Why You Should Burn Your Bras Immediately!


Bras are considered a necessity by most women. Although there are social media trends that sparked the ‘No-Bra Movement’, there are still women who prefer to wear these undergarments. 

Women find comfort when wearing a bra. However, a French sports scientist has claimed that it actually does more harm than good.

French sport scientist Jean-Denis Rouillon led a team that conducted a study about the real effects of not wearing bras.  

With the help of 330 participants aged 18 to 35, Rouillon and his team at the University of Franche-Comte discovered that bras do nothing to “help support the chest, reduce back pain or prevent breast sagging”. 

They claim that wearing bras causes collagen deficiency, resulting in the sagging of the breasts. They said that going bra-less improves the breasts’ elasticity and lift. The team also claims that bras restricts blood circulation.

“Medically, physiologically, anatomically – breasts gain no benefit from being denied gravity. On the contrary, they get saggier with a bra,” Rouillon said in an interview with French Info.

However, Rouillon clarified that generalization should not be drawn from their conclusions. He stated that they only used 330 women in their study. He stresses that what happened to this 330 women who underwent his study may not be applicable every woman. 

He claims that his 15-year-long study still needs further examination to fully understand the negative and positive effect of wearing bras.


Meanwhile, Healthy Journal PH suggested these reasons why wearing bras could pose a health risk.

1.)    Restricts Circulation

Tight bras may constrict the nerves found in the arms. This could affect blood circulation, especially if the bra has an underwire. Sports bras that are too tight may affect blood circulation when worn regularly.

2.)    Causes Irritation

Straps and hooks can irritate the skin, especially when the bra is worn in an improper way. A bra that is too tight could cause scratches and itchiness.

3.)    Hyperpigmentation

The irritated skin could easily darken.

Her Belly Started Growing AFTER Giving Birth and What Doctor's Found Inside Her is Truly Terrifying!


Every woman goes through a life or death situation every time they give birth. Aside from the excruciating pain they feel, they could also suffer from complications which might lead to their imminent death. 

Yulia Selina, a 34-year-old from Saint Petersburg in Russia, was about to give birth and wanted to do it the natural way. However, doctors dismissed this once they saw that the child might not be able to survive if they push through with natural birth. Instead, they asked Yulia to agree to an emergency caesarean section. Yulia’s daughter, whom she named Dima, was born successfully after the procedure but they didn’t expect what would happen to her next. 

While recovering from the C-section, Yulia started to feel worse than the day before. “My belly started to swell. It even grew bigger than it was when I was 9 months pregnant. Every movement caused me horrible pain. At first, I thought it was just a natural reaction to the operation,” she said in a statement. “But then I couldn’t even sit up anymore. The pain would make me scream,” added Yulia. 

Despite these complaints, Yulia’s doctors convinced her that it was a normal thing for C-section moms to feel pain but Yulia knew that something was terribly wrong with her. 
“I understood that, if I waited any longer for the doctors to help me, my children would be left without a mother,” she noted.

After a day of consulting with medical experts, she was rushed to the emergency room where doctors were able to remove around 2.5 liters of pus from her abdomen together with an operating room sheet that has been accidentally left inside her belly. 

“I’m trying, I want to forgive and excuse those who did this to me, but then I think about how my family could have lost me forever. I would like to settle this in a civilized way,” she stated.

Yulia is now trying to recover and asked for the help of lawyers to file a case against the hospital in order to prevent a similar case from happening again.

"Ibuprofen really helps pretty significantly, and that's oftentimes our go-to," according to Dr. Mira Kaga, an internal medicine physician in New Jersey.

"It'll help prevent the cramping, but also diarrhea," she added.

When Anthony was taken to surgery, the metal wire turned out to be a BBQ grill brush bristle. Though the surgery went well and the bristle has been removed, Anthony still went under observation as the dirt from the bristle had caused bacteria on his stomach. He had to take in antibiotics for few days in order to eliminate the bacteria. Days after, he was given the permit to go home. According to the doctors, this is not a rare case as there are already cases wherein sharp bristles fall off on the clean grills. 

“Nobody knows the statistics, that's the problem. The only paper published talks about 6 or 7 cases and I believe it's much, much more common," Dr. Aziz Benbrahim of MidState Medical Center Connecticut, USA told CBS News.
