Pole dancing is a good form of exercise but i think its not good to do it when you are pregnant. Probably one exercise that you can do when you are pregnant is to just do brisk walking every morning. Also, you need to eat healthy foods and take vitamins as well.
A 36 year old pregnant woman was doing a pole dancing on her last trimester. Can you imagine that? Not only that, she was also wearing a stilettos to feel sexy while doing the pole dancing routine. Her name was Jill Mclean also known as "Cleo the Hurricane". While doing the routine, she video taped herself and shared it to social media. Many got amazed however some were a bit concern of the baby. She was a badass.
This is not advisable to do when you are pregnant.

A rare sighting was spotted in the middle of Moscow in Western Russia as an undressedwoman caused traffic in that area.
According to the witnesses, the woman was weird while she was undressed because of the shivering cold. Despite the weather, the woman was just in the middle of the streets while the people were just passing by.
As seen on the 30-second clip, the woman does not know what she was doing. The people were just passing by. They were even taking photos of her. Nobody even bothered to show compassion to her. The woman was doing her best to cover her private parts.
One of the people called the local policemen and reported the incident. After several hours, the ambulance arrived and took the woman to the hospital.
The netizens commented on the posted video saying that how disappointed they were when no one tried to help the woman.
An Indonesian performer took the saying 'the show must go on' and made it happen in real life. But sadly, this resulted to her giving up her life.
The 29-year-old Indonesian singer named Irma Bule was tragically bitten by the cobra that she used as a props in one of her performances in WestJava last April 3.
Bule is significantly known as the woman who would do dangerous stunts as she was interacting with the snakes as she was singing. However, in this particular performance, she made a mistake of accidentally stepping on the snake. She was bitten on the leg causing her life to end.
Irma acted professionally and did not want to take in any anti-venom given by the man who was handling the snake. She just continued singing.
