Rat Chewed Off The 4-Month Old Baby To Death After Her Mother Went Out To Party With Friends!

A gruesome act happened to a baby girl that was left at home by his mother to go to a party. 

Lizbeth Jeronima Fuentes Munguia was devastated to see the face of her 4-month old baby girl when she got home after partying out with her friends. 

The face of the poor little baby was chewed of by rats. She was covered in blood and already lifeless as she was in the crib. 

The horrifying incident happened at their home in Acolma, Mexico last Monday night. According to the neighbors, the single mom Lizbeth has been gone for more than two hours to party at Otumba. 

After the incident was reported to the authorities, the mom was arrested to be brought to the police station for her statement. 

There are claims that the grandmother of the baby who was supposed to be in-charge was also facing charges.

DLSU Student Committed Suicide Because Of A Love Life Problem! SHOCKING!

One news from the Philippine Star got the attention of the social media users. It is the death of a student of De La Salle University (Cavite Campus). 

Based on the reports, the body of the student was found at around 7 o'clock i the morning at the back of the grandstand of their school. The identity of the student remained private as requested by his parents. The screen name of Mark was given. 

Mark was a 2nd-year student taking up a degree in Engineering. But some of his friends and classmates said that he was last seen as he attended their last subject. But after that, he decided to stay at the campus instead of going home. His friends claim that Mark was going through a difficult time with his love life that might be the reason why the student decided to end his life. 

He jumped off the 42 ft. Grandstand of the university which caused his death. A waiver was signed by the parents that says that no post-mortem examination will be done to the body of the student.

Many foreigners are complaining that they are being scammed here in the Philippines by Filipinos. The Philippines possesses a lot of citizens who are doing unlawful crimes because of the poverty. 

However, a new thing went viral over the social media sites. This time, it is not the Filipinos who are scamming the foreigners. 

A Caucasian man has found ways to scam Filipinos. In a story that was shared by Marybeth Ramos Nave, she warned the public about the scam that has been happening in the area of Manila. 

It includes a foreigner who acts out as if he was scammed by a taxi driver losing all of his money. Then, he would ask for help for a cab fare. But then he would trick the helper by letting the cab drop him off a near place. Taking the money from the good people who decided to help him out.

This incident just happened this morning, January 2, 2016, at around 5am.

Upon arriving at the parking lot near Harbour Square & CCP for the regular Dragonboat training, I noticed a foreigner (not a teammate) wearing the same blue colored shirt as our team and talking to one of our fellow paddlers from across the gate. I thought he could be a newly invited person and I went about my business of putting my things in one corner, until that teammate approached me and said “Kausapin mo nga, mukhang nawawala eh”. So I turned to the guy and asked “What’s the problem?”

He narrated a series of unfortunate events (which for me didn’t add up and raised red flags). One story he shared, along with so many, was, “I was riding a cab and the driver took off with my bag which had 3,000 pesos, and I only have 3 pesos with me. Now I need to walk to C5″.

I replied with: “C5 is on the other side. Do you know how to get there?”

He said: “Can you draw how to get there”.

At this point I turned to my teammates and asked who can draw the directions. One teammate tore a page from her notebook and took out a pen so we could give him specific instructions. Another teammate said, “tumawag nalang tayo ng taxi bayaran nalang natin”. I looked around and no cabs were passing by. One teammate suggested to book Grab Taxi while another said Grab Car would be better because of the fixed rate unlike a cab.

I booked Grab Car for this person. I asked him again for his exact destination. From C5 he changed it to Eastwood Residence Hotel.

The amount that showed up for Grab Car was 392pesos. A bunch of us gathered that amount. While collecting, he said “Thank you very much, I appreciate this, please do not tell the driver what happened to me”-he kept repeating this for me not to tell the driver anything he said (another red flag).

When the car arrived, I opened the door and decided to give the money straight to the driver, but suddenly the guy sat infront and grabbed the money from me and said he will be the one to hand the cash. (Another red flag)

When they left, I called the Grab Car Driver and told him “Kuya hindi po namin kilala yung Tao na yan, tinulungan Lang po namin. Magingat po kayo, balitaan mo ako kung nadrop off na siya”

While waiting, my teammates and I were discussing what happened and we hoped for the best that he wasn’t a scam artist. Approximately 10-15 minutes later, the Grab Car Driver called (I was relieved when he called because I thought to myself, the driver is safe).

The driver said: “Ma’am manloloko nga po siya. Nagpababa siya sa Shell Residences dahil may ipaduplicate na susi. Humingi po ako ng kahit isang daang piso (to pay for the ride), hindi ako binigyan. Humamon nga po ng suntukan. Marunong din magtagalog. Hindi na po bumalik”

I told the driver: “Sir buti nalang okay po kayo, ligtas at hindi kayo sinaktan. Buti malapit lang Ang pinuntahan. Sinumbong niyo po ba sa guards diyan?”

The driver said: “Wala nga po mga guwardiya dito, pero sinabihan ko mga Tao dito”

I said: “Sige po salamat, pasensiya po sa abala at mabuti po ok po kayo”

We ended the conversation by laughing at it, being thankful that no one got hurt and greeting each other A Happy New Year.

Now it’s my turn to share this story. Please be careful especially those who exercise early in the morning and to all fellow paddlers who arrive early for training. This guy knows his way around Manila, will say anything to get you to help him, and he hasn’t been caught yet. Let’s use the power of Social Media to warn our loved ones and innocent people.

How does this scam artist look like: He’s pale white skinned about 5’6 in height, could be in his late thirties to early 40’s.

It’s a New Year and A New Lesson. Be careful guys because people like him exist and pop up when you least expect them. I’m thankful no one got hurt. I hope that 400 pesos gets him decent meals if he needed to scam to earn. Stay safe everyone!

In Mandaya, a town in Syria, the food has run out and the people inside it are starting to eat whatever they could see. They started eating leaves, insects and even grass. As long as they think that it is edible.

Most of the children are now malnourished because the town of Mandaya was under seige of a pro-government forces for several months now. Since October, the food aid has not been delivered. 

People had been dying from malnutrition. They are fainting because of hunger. Serums are being injected to their body to make their sugar levels rise. 

The town is in need of help so that they can survive the upcoming winter.

Master Showman German Moreno, Kuya Germs Already Passed Away

The veteran comedian, actor and talent manager German Molina Moreno also known as Master Showman or Kuya Germs passed away today, January 08, 2016 at 3:20 a.m. 

In the early morning, Kuya Germs was rushed to the St. Lukes Medical Center in Quezon City after suffering from a cardiac arrest. It was a year before when he suffered from a mild stroke as well. 

According to his nephew and co-host on the show 'Walang Tulugan With Master Showman', John Nite, his uncle passed away because of fatal familial insomnia. 

"He passed on in the company of his family and friends. He lived a full life, touched so many hearts through the years, and helped make dreams come true for most of the biggest stars in the Philippine entertainment industry," said John. 

Many stars mourn for the loss not only of a co-star and a mentor, but also a good father to all of them. He was known for being a builder of the career from the 1980's show, 'That's Entertainment'. The stars of the show include Billy Crawford, Lea Salonga, Judy Ann Santos, Donna Cruz, Manilyn Reynes, Janoo Gibbs, Lotlot De Leon, and many other stars. 

He is also the brain behind the local version of the 'Walk Of Fame' located in Eastwood, Quezon City whereas the people such as artists, singers and broadcasters who have made an impact to the showbiz industry is being recognized.

Graduating College Student Dies After Taking Selfies

A college student from Manila died when she fell off of the rooftop of a condominium. The accident took place while the teenager was taking her selfie on the said building. 

The woman was identified as Kristina Marie Pagalilauan. She is a 19-year old Mass Communications Student. Kristina was supposed to graduate next year at Adamson University, but this won't happen anymore. 

According to the police report, she fell off from the roof-deck of the 20-storey building as she was taking a selfie. The woman was with her friend when they visited her boyfriends condominium located in Ermita, Manila. 

Before she fell on the ground, she was able to grab and hold on to the part of the building but she lost grip when her friend could not reach her. 

It was considered as an accident since there were no foul plays that happened.

MMFF and ABS-CBN Discrepancies On Amount Of Ticket Sales

The Metro Manila Film Festival is filled with competitive people and producers that aims to give the best movies they could towards the viewers who  continuously supports the festival.

In the third quarter of this year, the lamp powered by salt water will be released in the market. This is according to the statement of Engineer Aisa Mijeno. 

It is now under a mass production in Binan, Laguna. In an interview that they had with DZMM, one of the inventors said to Ted Failon that they are now speaking with different people in the business and science sector to introduce their product in the local market. 

A plant in Technopark located in Binan, Laguna is doing the mass production of the lamp. 

This product was developed by the siblings Engineer Aisa Mijeno along with her brother Ralph and another engineer Oscar Bryan Magtibay. Their inspiration was the hardship of the Kalinga Tribe that they have witnessed travelling the mountains for six hours long to be able to buy kerosene for their lamps.

Pia Wurtzabach Finally Speaks Up About The Colombian Man Burning Her Effigy Issue!

The people are still stuck with the most controversial awards night in the history of the Miss Universe pageant. Somehow, the people who have watched the show cannot move on with the mistake that Steve Harvey made in announcing a different winner then correcting it afterwards. 

Everyone was in shock because of the terrible moment. Now, there are arguments on the internet between the supporters of Miss Colombia and Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach. 

A viral video got the Filipinos mad when the Colombian man Noider Almanza Barraza filmed himself as he was burning the effigy of the reigning Miss Universe. 

Pia Wurtzbach gives her reaction towards the incident in an interview that she had with Anthony Taberna on Umagang Kay Ganda. 

She claims that she made a research about the incident and found out that Colombians and the Latin American Countries have their tradition every New Year to burn the bad memories to be able to start a fresh beginning.
