With the formation of Showtime's new segment TomiHo: A Love Realiserye which aims to follow the latter part of Tommy and Miho's real life love story after PBB, it will be Showtime's second attempt to counter back against AlDub's unbeatable appeal to the public; following the end of Nasaan Ka Mr. Pastillas which featured Ms. Pastillas (Angelica Yap) and her journey to finding love again.

What's even more shocking is the fact that he even put the head back inside and then performed a caesarean operation.
